      Description of problem:

      Cannot use --insecure-skip-tls-verify=true while login from cli

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.12.0-ec.5

      How reproducible:

      Try oc login with --insecure-skip-tls-verify=true

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1- provision a 4.12.0-ec.5 cluster
2- oc login https://api.rhoms-4.12-120704.dev.openshiftappsvc.org:6443 -u kubeadmin -p 7Eez4-JtPaQ-E4TV9-FXSFZ --insecure-skip-tls-verify=true

      Actual results:

      WARNING: Using insecure TLS client config. Setting this option is not supported!
      error: x509: “ingress-operator@1670386762” certificate is not trusted

      Expected results:

      should allow to login to the cluster
