Description of problem:

Customer is facing issue to connect prometheus after upgrading cluster from OCP 4.13 to OCP 4.14. They are getting 500 connection timeout.
They are suspecting that this could be due to the keepalive message appears during Vmware snapshot. And they face the issue several days after the migration from Openshift 4.13 to 4.14.
They notice that the snapshot is taking a bit longer as the kubevol vmdk are not anymore in "independant mode" but in "dependant mode.

Needs confirmation on the change comes from the Automatic vSphere CSI migration (4.13 to 4.14).
