In OCP BYO external oidc env, kas pod has many "Failed to watch *v1.Group" errors. Since the group api is removed, kas should not still watch it.

The cluster-bot build that is built at 2024-12-04T01:26Z with below:

1. Create OCP BYO external oidc env using keycloak using above cluster-bot build.

2. Check KAS pod logs.
