Description of problem:

In our documentation we are sometimes suggesting DeploymentConfigs and ReplicationControllers first over Deployments and ReplicaSets. The later are much more desirable to use and we should encourage and recommend that. DC/RC should be used only as an alternative when DC specific features are required.

• we should move the sections so the Deployments and ReplicaSets are visible first. And mentioned/recommended first when we write about them in other sections.

• we should discourage the standalone use of ReplicationControllers unless they were created by DeploymentConfigs. See that upstream discourages that as well in the beginning of https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/workloads/controllers/replicationcontroller/ and in https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/workloads/controllers/replicationcontroller/#replicaset
