Description of problem: Dell SPR-EE with E810 NIC 4 port 25G firmware 4.40 and FW 4.51 , in SLCM we seeing PTP timeout , The SNO is acting as Midband.

How reproducible: Reproducible with Ericsson emulated workload , in stability run
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy SNO with Dell SPRE-EE HW and 8x25G NIC port and Midband SNO acting as boundary clock
2. Bring Emulated workload and monitor PTP logs
