OCP 4.17 is currently using OVN 24.03.2-19.el9fdp build from FDP 24.E release while the newer 24.03.2-32.el9fdp is available in FDP 24.F since September 12th.

Among other fixes, this build includes fixes for critical/blocker issues reported by ovn-k: FDP-291 FDP-159 FDP-358 . And a fix for significant IPv6 performance issue reported by OSP - FDP-728, which is also applicable to OCP.

(4.18 is already on 24.09 build from FDP 24.G, so it doesn't need this update. Older y-streams are lagging behind.)
