      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-44954. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

       O-RAN compliant changes, based on O-RAN spec section O-RAN 7.2.3.10, the name of the PtpClockClass source has been changed to /sync/ptp-status/clock-class from /sync/ptp-status/ptp-clock-class-change.

There was an agreement with customer that existing non-ORAN API that is being called currently will be supported until the end of 4.16. 

Further there should be no breaking API changes within a 4.16 release.
