       OCP 4.14.X  SNO installation is failed on OCI ( oracle cloud infrastructure )

      Steps to Reproduce:

      OCP : 4.14
TYPE : SNO
Platform: OCI

>> We have click *create-cluster " at console.redhat.com page and created for OCI,click option OCI integration and proceed further.We have used minimal ISO , as per recommended for Openhsift OCI.

Create with only single boot disk: 

1.Upload the ISO to OCI
2.Create custom image from the ISO uploaded.
3.While creating the instance we have attached boot volume as 120 GB with 8 CPU and 32 GB RAM.
4.Later we have issue with boot , as the logs its showing " No bootable disk"
