      Description of problem:

      In OKD web console, Dashboards tab, data is not getting loaded for "Prometheus/Overview" Dashboard from Developer perspective. All 4 kubernetes-mixin dashboards are not show data

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.16.0-0.okd-scos-2024-09-24-151747

      How reproducible:

          4.16.0-0.okd-scos-2024-09-24-151747 cluster deployed in IPI mode

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Login to web console  
    2. Select "Dashboards" panel under "Observe" tab in Developer perspectives
    3. Select any from 4 available dashboards from tab "Dashboards"

      Actual results:

      Data/graphs are not getting loaded. "No datapoints found." message is being displayed in all panels

       

      Expected results:

          Data/Graphs should be displayed
