When an application is deployed successfully using the Git import flow, the toast (in screenshot attached) does not notify the screen reader that the deployment is successful.

Every time

1.add a project from git
2. for example https://github.com/sclorg/django-ex.git 
3. after creation the notification appears but the screen reader ignores it

The screen reader should be able to see the toast notification when the deployment is successful.
