      Description of problem:

      SNO deployment failed during LVMS Operator installation with service "lvms-operator-service" not found

Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "vlvmcluster.kb.io": failed to call webhook: Post "https://lvms-operator-service.openshift-storage.svc:443/validate-lvm-topolvm-io-v1alpha1-lvmcluster?timeout=10s": service "lvms-operator-service" not found

When checked, we see that the "lvms-operator-service" service is missing indeed in the openshift-storage namespace.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          LVMS Operator 4.14.10

      Actual results:

          Installation fails with mentioned error

      Expected results:

          The operator service shouln't be missing and the installation should succeed without errors.
