      Description of problem:

      In the documentation, it is mentioned to take an etcd backup after cluster upgrade. However etcd backup should be taken before cluster upgrade.

      In the documentation, it is mentioned "Be sure to take an etcd backup after you upgrade your cluster."

      Expected results:

      The ETCD backup should be taken before you upgrade your cluster. Need this correction in the documentation.
