[4.12] [OVNK] Add support for service session affinity timeout

      Description of problem:

      For OVNK to become CNCF complaint, we need to support session affinity timeout feature and enable the e2e's on OpenShift side. This bug tracks the efforts to get this into 4.12 OCP.

            [OCPBUGS-4503] [4.12] [OVNK] Add support for service session affinity timeout

            Per the announcement sent regarding the removal of "Blocker" as an option in the Priority field, this issue (which was already closed at the time of the bulk update) had Priority = "Blocker." It is being updated to Priority = Critical. No additional fields were changed.

            Testing passed with new testing parameters and below test results in 4.12.0-0.nightly-2023-01-04-203333

            svc configured without timeoutSeconds: 10, curl without sleep , the traffic loadbanlance to two endpoints

            svc configured with timeoutSeconds: 10 , curl without sleep , the traffic always go to one endpoint,

            svc configured with timeoutSeconds: 10 ,curl with sleep 15, the traffic loadbanlance to two endpoints

            sunweiadai anusaxen zzhao1@redhat.com The verification for same issue failed in 4.13 for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-4502, and I just change it to Assigned state.
