      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-43767. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Description of problem:

      IHAC who is facing the same problem with OCPBUGS-17356 in OCP 4.16 cluster. There is no ContainerCreating pod and the alert firing appears to be a false positive.  

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OpenShift Container Platform 4.16.15

      Additional info:
      This is very similar to OCPBUGS-17356
