      Description of problem:

Lacking mention of open-vm-tools, if needed how to install

      Steps to Reproduce:

When installing Linux on VMware VM one often installs open-vm-tools, this is probably true for CoreOS, IMHO we should at least mention/explain how to achieve this with AI (or other installer).  Attached below a few related links Google suggested, lacking a definitive guide from us under OCP install on vmware section on how to address the need to install open-vm-tools.

      1.  https://github.com/coreos/fedora-coreos-tracker/issues/604
      2.  https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6758601
      3. The two links below seem promising but are both dead, maybe Broadcom deleted them intently?

      5. https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/312150/support-for-red-hat-coreos-rhcos-on-vmwa.html

Other then 4.17 4.16 this probably goes back even further, i trust you folks will know what to do.
