Description of problem: When deploying an OCP 4.18-ec.2 SNO cluster the deployment fails.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): OCP4.18-ec.2 / ACM 2.12

How reproducible: We have a host called SITE5 which is very reproducible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add BIOS Profile SiteConfig
2. Start Deploy Pipeline

Actual results: Deploy fails. Logs will be attached to this issue.

Expected results: Successful deployment of OCP4.18.x
