Description of problem:

I'm able to reproduce the web terminal issue some of the other operators are installed

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Install pipelines, serverless and shipwright operator then install web terminal operator
    2. Change to developer perspective and create a namespace
    3. Open the web terminal and select timeout
    4. Inctrement the timeout value and click on Start button

Actual results:

Web terminal does not load although it is initialized as can be checked in dev workspace of openshift-terminal namespace

Expected results:

It should be initialized

It's been tested in Chrome browser and build version 4.18.0-0.nightly-2024-11-21-131835. Attaching the video of the issue
