Critical Description of problem:
For 4.17 which not support to rebuild the catalog , we could specify any channel , but now we have revert to go-container to rebuild the catalog , then we need to specify the `defaultChannle` when I want to mirror catalog that not in the default channel, we need to document it in the release note.
