Description of problem:
Add a note in ABI doc in Logical Partition (LPAR) sectoion with below inputs. This note has to be added in Adding IBM Z agents in a Logical Partition (LPAR) section. https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.17/installing/installing_with_agent_based_installer/prepare-pxe-assets-agent.html#adding-ibmz-lpar-agents_prepare-pxe-assets-agent Note: In a classical LPAR setup utilizing an OSA network card, the lack of persistent MAC addresses can lead to dynamic assignment of roles for nodes. This variability means that the roles of individual nodes are not fixed and can change, as the system is unable to reliably associate specific MAC addresses with designated node roles. In general, if mac is not persistent for any of the interface, roles for OCP nodes will be assigned randomly with ABI mode of installation.
