          redhat-operator pods are stuck in crashloop backoff in disconnected cluster RHOCP 4.16.9

      Actual results:

          The redhat-operator pods are in crashloop backoff

      Expected results:

          The openshift-marketplace pods should run successfully.

          The error seen in pod is:
