While creating hosted control planes on baremetal using ACM GUI, there is no possibility to specify servicePublishingStrategy for services other than kube-apiserver. The change needs to be made in the hostedcluster manifest manually.

1) The documentation https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.17/hosted_control_planes/hcp-deploy/hcp-deploy-bm.html is not explicit enough that  loadbalancer servicePublishingStrategy can't be used for other than kube-apiserver services => information should be added to the documentation
