Creating azure nodepool with diskStorageAccountType fails

      Description of problem:

          The current consts we supply for diskStorageAccountType dont match what CAPZ expects, we need to update these to the expected values. https://github.com/openshift/cluster-api-provider-azure/blob/release-4.18/vendor/github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go/sdk/resourcemanager/compute/armcompute/v5/constants.go#L614
