      Description of problem:

Under section "Obtaining the installation program" the procedure instructs the user to:
      * Go to the Cluster Type page on the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console.
      * Select your infrastructure provider from the Run it yourself section of the page.
      * Select your host operating system and architecture from the dropdown menus under OpenShift Installer and click Download Installer.

The issue here is that this section of the documentation is dealing specifically with:
      - Installing a cluster on Nutanix Cloud Platform
      - Using installer-provisioned infrastructure

When a naive/inexperienced user follows strictly the documentation and goes to the "Cluster Type" page on the "Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console" and tries to select "Nutanix Cloud Platform" among the available infrastructure providers in the "Run it yourself" section of the page, then it doesn't find a match.

If adding a new infrastructure provider under the "Run it yourself" section of the page is not an option, then the OpenShift documentation for Nutanix Cloud Platform should deal with that by instructing the user to choose the closest infrastructure provider provider that would allow to access the dropdown menus for downloading the OpenShift Installer.

One example could be to direct the user to select "Platform agnostic (x86_64)" among the infrastructure providers, and then select the "Full Control" box. Still that would be not describing precisely the kind of installation we are attempting to execute here, as the title would read:
"Install OpenShift on any x86_64 platform with user-provisioned infrastructure" (instead of installer-provisioned infrastructure). That would probably create confusion or disappointment in the user.
