Description of problem:
The address_set generated while using dnsName does not correctly update when the DNS TTL expires.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a EgressFirewall with "dnsName: login.microsoftonline.com" 

2. Verify the address_set is not always correct 

3.

Actual results:

Address_set is not updated after DNS TTL expires.

Expected results:
Address_set should be updated after DNS TTL expires.
