Description of problem:
There are packagemanifests with same name from different catalogsource, when check on one of such packagemanifest details page, the packagemanifest info will change to other packagemanifest info with same name.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.On cluster, there is loki-operator from different catalogsource. On search page, search packagemanifest resource with name "loki-operator".
$ oc get packagemanifests.packages.operators.coreos.com | grep loki
loki-operator Community Operators 11h
loki-helm-operator Community Operators 11h
loki-operator Red Hat Operators 11h
2. Click into one loki-operator packagemanifest details page.
3.
Actual results:
1. There are several loki-operator packagemanifest with same name.
2. The details info will change according to different catalogsources from time to time, eg, provider, catalog name.
