Description of problem:
The documentation shows a wrong IPv6 subnet value for OVN K8S CNI [0]. This page is valid from 4.12 through 4.16 where OCP SDN CNI to OVN K8S CNI is a thing.

Check the documentation and check the [1] discussion
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check the `ipv6_subnet` section of chapter `Migrating to the OVN-Kubernetes network plugin`
2. Section shows `The default value is fd98::/48`
3.
Actual results:
Section shows `The default value is fd98::/48`
Expected results:
Based on [1] conversation, section should say `The default value is fd98::/64`
