      Description of problem:

      4.15 PowerVS jobs are running in dal10 zone and its failing with below error consistently

      level=error msg=failed to fetch Kubeconfig Admin Client: failed to load asset "Install Config": failed to create install config: invalid "install-config.yaml" file: [controlPlane.platform.powervs.sysType: Invalid value: "e1080": unknown system type specified, compute[0].platform.powervs.sysType: Invalid value: "e1080": unknown system type specified]
