The doc for RHACM here mentions to create a IPAddressPool with protocol `layer2` and simultaneously creates a BGPAdvertisment which is incorrect. It should be replaced by a l2adverstiment similar to a configuration mentioned in OCP docs here

And For BGP we can create a separate section and follow the steps mentioned here
