Description of problem:
4.18.0-0.nightly-2024-11-06-051814 cluster, login admin console
- go to "Observe -> Alerting", Alerts tab, URL is
https://$ {console_url}/monitoring/alerts?rowFilter-alert-state=firing&rowFilter-alert-source=platform - Silences tab, URL is
https://$ {console_url}/monitoring/silences
copy the URL and open a new browser tab to navigate to the URL will get TypeError on UI

Expected results:
no error

compared with 4.17, no such issue with 4.17, only for 4.18
