      Description of problem:

          The section "Configuring the hub cluster with ArgoCd" step 2b says to add the content to the argocd-openshift-gitops-patch.json. However that content is already included in the referenced json patch file. The user may need to update the MCE version according to the table in step 2a but they do not need to all the full content.
