      Description of problem:

          The page at https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.17/edge_computing/ztp-preparing-the-hub-cluster.html#enabling-assisted-installer-service-on-bare-metal_ztp-preparing-the-hub-cluster shows the rootFSUrl and url at different hosts (url says <mirror-registry>). In the context of that section both should be hosted at <host>/<path>
