      s2i conformance test appears to fail permanently on OCP 4.16.z

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.16.z

      How reproducible:

      Since 2024-11-04 at least

      Steps to Reproduce:

          Run OpenShift build test suite in PR

      Actual results:

      Test fails - root cause appears to be that a built/deployed pod crashloops

      Expected results:

      Test succeeds
