Description of problem:
OCP official documentation lacks of information regarding the supported infrastructure installation methods (IPI and UPI) for each platform type. https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/windows_containers/understanding-windows-container-workloads.html

Actual results:
No distintion on IPI and UPI installation methods, users may assume UPI is supported for all supported platforms
Expected results:
UPI is only supported for platform agnostic installation (platform:none) WMCO github repo should be updated as part of this docs bug. Then, coordinate with docs team to publish into official OCP docs.
