    Image not recognised for mongodb-36-centos7

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Use oc new-app command with reference to the mongodb-36-centos7 in section 4.7
    2.

Actual results:

    Error message: 
error:  local file access failed with: stat quay.io/centos7/mongodb-36-centos7: no such file or directory
error: unable to locate any images in image streams, templates loaded in accessible projects, template files, local docker images with name "quay.io/centos7/mongodb-36-centos7"

Expected results:

    Found container, etc.

Additional info:

    I believe the image has been unpublished, possibly due to using an older and unsupported mongodb image
