         Under Telco reference design specifications, text shows reference to 'XRef...' rather than a link to the location in the document

          Go to https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.17/html-single/scalability_and_performance/index

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Open the page in single-page mode
2.Look at the list of links under Recommended performance and scalability practices     
3. Notice xref:[Telco RAN DU specification] under the heading Telco reference design specifications    

      Actual results:

         'Xref...' text

      Expected results:

          Correct link to the section
