There's no mentioning of where the users can find the kubeconfig for the spoke cluster deployed with IBI.

FWIW,

it can be found in a secret named after the name of the clusterdeployment:

ibi-cluster-deployment-admin-kubeconfig

where ibi-cluster-deployment is the clusterdeployment name
