      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.Install Nfd operator on ocp 4.16-nigthly   
    2.perform upgrade using oc adm to 4.17
    3.

      Actual results:

          install strategy failed: Deployment.apps "nfd-controller-manager" is 
invalid: spec.selector: Invalid value: 
v1.LabelSelector{MatchLabels:map[string]string{"control-plane":"nfd-controller-manager"},
 MatchExpressions:[]v1.LabelSelectorRequirement(nil)}: field is 
immutable

      Expected results:

          The old operator should be deleted and replaced by new with version 4.17
