          Quick start cannot be closed if console is open in two tabs and the quickstart was closed on one of them

          Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Start a quick start (I used Add Helm Chart Repositories to extend the Developer Catalog for your project)
    2. Open a new console tab, there should now be two tabs open both with the quick start
    3. Leave the quick start on one of the tabs

      Actual results:

          The quick start on the other tab should also be closed

      Expected results:

          It is not
