While troubleshooting build errors in Pantheon for Service Mesh 3.0.0tp1, it was discovered that the Product in the script is listed as "Red Hat Service Mesh" and not "Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh." This discrepancy has caused build failures.

   Reproducable

1. Go to Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh title.
2. Select 3.0.0tp1
3. Select "Rebuild for stage" for Release Notes
4. Wait for build.
5. Build will fail.
6. Return to Titles page.
7. Got to Red Hat Service Mesh
8. Select 3.0.0.tp1
9. Select "Rebuild for stage" for Release Notes.
10. Wait for build.
11. Build will pass.
12. Go to https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/red-hat-enterprise-openshift-documentation/layered-products-docs/-/blob/main/sync.yaml?ref_type=heads
13. Find Line 51
14. Line 51 reads "Red Hat Service Mesh."

Line 51 should read "Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh"
