Description of problem:
Kube-Apiserver pods are stuck in a degraded state while transitioning to the desired revision due to the below error.

unable to transform key "/kubernetes.io/secrets/apim-sandbox-sit/postgres-operator-dockercfg-z6ccg": no matching key was found for the provided AES transformer

We tried this solution, but it was recreated every time we deleted the cfg secret.
