      Description of problem:

Unable to create a cluster (ABI - 4.14) when specifying two NICs in the agent configuration. We are seeing the following error in the journal: level=info msg="Received remote MAC xx.xx.xx.xx different than expected MAC xx.xx.xx.xx" file="ipv4_arping_checker.go:66".The customer has confirmed that MAC spoofing is disabled in vCenter, and the ARP results show the correct MAC address.
