oc adm node-image create does not show node-joiner container logs when there is an error

      Cause: The oc adm node-image create command uses a container to generate the image. If the image generation step fails, it reports a simple error and does not show the container’s log.

      Consequence: The simple error does not show the underlying issue that caused the image generation step to fail.

      Fix: The oc adm node-image create command now shows the container’s log.

      Result: The underlying issue can be seen from the container’s log and can aid in troubleshooting.

      Description of problem:

          If the node-joiner container encounters an error, the "oc adm node-image create" command does not show it. It currently returns an error but should also display the node-joiner container's logs so that we can see the underlying issue.
