      Description of problem:

Creating vSAN file share on DEVQEcluster now fails with following error:

"The operation is not allowed in the current state.Failed to create vSAN file share : The total number of shares reached limit 100."

We should investigate who/what creates the shares, why they're not cleaned up and fix it. For now manual cleanup should be performed to unblock teams trying to use the cluster.

      >> DO NOT REMOVE `nested` File share - it is currently in use.
