[4.10.44] DTK out of sync from RHCOS

      Description of problem:

      The DTK image contains kernels not running on the machine

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.10.44

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy 4.10.44 
2. Run DTK from 4.10.44
3.

      Actual results:

      CI failed with:
 Libs of kernel version 4.18.0-305.65.1.el8_4.x86_64 not present in DTK. DTK contains: "4.18.0-305.71.1.el8_4.x86_64
  4.18.0-305.71.1.rt7.143.el8_4.x86_64
  kabi-current
  kabi-rhel80
  kabi-rhel81
  kabi-rhel82
  kabi-rhel83
  kabi-rhel84

The actual running kernel 4.18.0-305.65.1.el8_4.x86_64  is not found in the DTK . It contains kernel '4.18.0-305.71.1.el8_4.x86_64' and realtime : '4.18.0-305.71.1.rt7.143.el8_4.x86_64'

      Expected results:

      RHCOS/DTK to be in sync
