      Description of problem:

          We don't currently mention that clusters used for seed image generation should be of the spoke/managed cluster variety. This means that we don't expect users to generate seedimages from hub clusters (clusters where ACM/MCE is installed). We should explicitly state that seed generation is not supported on these cluster types.
