Currently when user specifies any value for the platform it just works. It could be invalid too.

    1. Install ocp cluster, cli-manager
    2. Add plugin and while adding platform provide the value as `invalid`

    I see that plugin gets installed successfully with no errors
    

    Since there is no platform called `invalid` i expect plugin to throw error , any value other than in the form of os/arch should throw error i believe.
