      Description of problem:

      cluster-config-operator creates the networks.config CRD and the one produced by the installer is a duplicate. The networks.config CRD creation was removed here but was later brought back with commit 9c2cbae. This replaced the networks.operator CRD file with a symlink to the networks.config CRD, possibly unintentionally.

There is no need to render the networks.config CRD from the installer as this is already handled by cluster-config-operator.
