      Description of problem:

      Containers on Windows nodes will begin to experience error messages and become unstable, and subsequent attempts to restart the failed containers or start new ones will fail until the worker node has been restarted.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OCP 4.11.5, WMCO 6.0

      How reproducible:

      Consistently observed, but not reproducible on command.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      N/A

      Actual results:

      Some Windows nodes become unstable are unable to recover containers

      Expected results:

      Windows containers would run in a stable fashion

      Additional info:

      Nodes are BYOH on AWS using AWS Server 2019 AMI
