      Description of problem:

      Installer deletes Transit Gateway Connections not created by it when reusing TG with pre-existing connections

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.18

      How reproducible:

      When deploying a cluster using an existing Transit Gateway with existing connections on the Power VS side

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Connect a Transit Gateway (T) to a Power VS Workspace (W). Say, the name of this connection is C.
    2. Deploy a cluster using the same Gateway T in a new Workspace W', (W'!= W).
    3. Destroy the cluster

      Actual results:

      The pre-existing connection C also gets deleted.

      Expected results:

      Only the connections created by the installer should be deleted
