LVMS 4.13 is missing the default channel label

    • The LVMS Operator 4.13 is missing the default channel tag for arm64. As a result, the operator is not listed in the OperatorHub catalog for arm64. As a workaround, you can still install the operator using the CLI.

      Please create & attach a must-gather as indicated by this Guide to collect LVMS relevant data from the Cluster (linked to the latest version, use older versions of the documentation for older OCP releases as applicable

      Please make sure that you describe your storage configuration in detail. List all devices that you plan to work with for LVMS as well as any relevant machine configuration data to make it easier for an engineer to help out.

      Description of problem:

       The LVMS Operator version 4.13 is missing the default channel tag. This results in the operator not being listed in the operator catalog GUI for arm64. The operator is still installable via CLI.
